Start a line
Pick a plan on frontdesk24.us and get a dedicated local number, yours from day one.
Sign in
Open the app and sign in with Apple or a one-time code mailed to your line's email.
Teach the agent
Describe your business or bring in your website, then set the greeting and your staff phone for transfers.
Point calls at it
Publish the new number, or forward your existing line to it. The agent answers from then on.
Privacy
Your calls stay your business's
Transcripts and requests are kept on our servers in your business's own record. The app keeps your sign-in in the device's secure storage. Notifications are optional. The privacy policy has the details.
